Intervention orders
An intervention order groups a batch of operations to carry out on one or more devices. It is the unit of control: you decide, you launch, you track.

Creating an order
You build an order from chosen recommendations or actions, on a single device or a batch of devices (for example "uninstall this application on the 16 devices concerned"). Acting in batches is what makes the approach efficient at fleet scale.
Validation
Depending on the sensitivity of the operation, an order may require validation before being dispatched to devices. Until it is approved, nothing runs. It is a safeguard against unintended actions.
Tracking
Once launched, the order shows the progress of each operation on each device (pending, running, succeeded, failed). See Tracking and results.
