Technician validation (QR code)

For interventions carried out on site by a technician, LongLife offers a simple flow via a QR code, without the technician needing a full platform account.

The principle​

The intervention order carries a QR code. On site, the technician scans it: they then access the device context (what to do, the machine's state) and can validate the operations performed.

Why it is useful​

  • The technician has the right information at the right time, with no searching.
  • The validation is tracked: you know what was done, by whom, when.
  • No need to create and manage an account for each occasional operator: access is limited to the intervention context.

Security​

Access via the QR code is restricted to the relevant intervention order and protected by a token: it does not grant access to the rest of the platform.
