Recommendations

LongLife does not just measure: it suggests actions. Based on the fleet state, the platform generates prioritized recommendations, each justified by a reason.

Types of recommendations​

  • Optimize a device (cleanup, settings) to regain performance without changing hardware.
  • Upgrade a component: most often memory or disk, when it is the most cost-effective lever.
  • Replace a device at the end of its useful life, when optimization is no longer enough.
  • Reclaim an unused license (see AppBox).

How to read them​

Each recommendation shows the device concerned, the proposed action and the reason (for example "memory regularly saturated" or "application installed, never used"). The goal is to make each suggestion understandable and defensible.

Taking action​

An accepted recommendation turns into an intervention order, which organizes and tracks its execution.
