The LongLife score
The LongLife score summarizes, on a simple scale, the health of a device. It lets you spot healthy devices and those to watch at a glance.
Expected screen: the score indicator on a device page (and/or in the fleet list).
How to read it
A high score indicates a device in good shape (fast, reliable, reasonable age). A low score flags a device to watch: slowness, declining reliability, or aging hardware.
What it takes into account
The score combines several dimensions of the device: its performance, its reliability (hardware state, incidents) and its estimated age. The goal is not to judge a device on a single criterion, but to give an actionable overall picture.
What it is for
The score helps you prioritize: which devices to act on first, which can still be extended, which are nearing the end of their useful life. It combines with the DEX (the experienced quality) to decide with both the technical state and the user's perception in mind.
