Content: a preview of the software estate report (summary + opportunities table).
What it contains
- Executive summary (readable on its own): estimated annual software cost, achievable savings at the chosen coefficient, number of recoverable licenses, percentage of fleet waste.
- State of the estate: number of devices, distinct applications, installed/used breakdown, top applications by cost.
- Opportunities table per application (owned / installed / used / euros wasted / recommended action), sorted by financial stake.
- Detail by case: ghosts, dormant seats, duplicates, shadow IT.
- Action checklist: each opportunity becomes a line to tick, with the estimated saving pre-filled and a blank field for the real saving observed. The CFO can fill it in over time.
- Assumptions and method: how usage is measured, where costs come from, the effect of the safety coefficient. The transparency that allows deciding without fear.
PDF export
The report exports as a branded PDF, printable and self-contained. It is the formal deliverable of your rationalization approach, the one that makes the saving concrete and defensible.
The safety coefficient appears in it
The chosen safety coefficient is shown clearly at the top of the report: the trade-off between savings and margin is assumed and transparent.
