Uninstall the agent

On one device​

Like any Windows application: Settings > Apps, search for "LongLife", then Uninstall. From the command line (administrator rights), silently:

msiexec /x LongLifeAgent.msi /qn

In bulk​

Use your deployment tool:

  • GPO: remove the package assignment (or configure removal); devices uninstall at startup.
  • Intune: switch the assignment to "Uninstall" for the relevant group.

On the platform side​

An uninstalled device stops reporting data. You can then revoke it or remove it from your fleet on the platform to keep a clean inventory.
